This is a personal journey into places, ideas and experiences while making hot drinks for a living. Most of it is coffee related, some things are not. The name of the blog came up as an idea from my good friend Régy on a coffee road trip to Copenhagen. I’m not a relativist, but I don’t believe in an absolute truth either. This blog reflects some of that ambivalence.
The tag line underneath, comes from the fact that this blog deals with none of the politics regarding our coffee community as such. My ideas might be political, but there will be no reflective or critical articles as such, due to the fact that previous attempts have been read and misunderstood by people reading very selectively and probably with malicious intent.
I support the idea of artisan independant businesses, and I fully stand by the “Put the P in front of Artisan” approach. However, this is not the forum for such ideas.
I work for Da Matteo coffee roasters in Stockholm, however opinions expressed are my own and not necessarily the same as the company I work for.
